Farbfunktion - materialization

Wirksamkeit - good under all lighting conditions

Burnt Sienna is a natural earth pigment consisting of iron oxides, sands and clays. It is unusually intense for a natural earth pigment. The color depth it exhibits is the result of specular light reflectance from finely dispersed quartz particles within the pigment. Burnt Sienna keeps this reflectance in all mixtures with lime or chalk, as can be seen here. Like the beautiful terracotta shades of Tuscan courtyards, it radiates warmth from the first hint of dawn until well into dusk.

"Their colors are just unbelievably beautiful, whether the sun is shining, or it's rainy weather, or night, with every play of light they look different again. Incredible."
